We upgraded our kitchen and with that, the old trusted stove top had to get an upgrade too! Not that there is anything wrong with stove top and he still has his place. But it was time for proper coffee! I have done a lot of research as I do not know that much about espresso machines, and one thing that stood out was that you need consistency and stability when it comes to the heat of your machine. I decided to look deeper into Dual Boiler espresso machines. BUT the price was not fit for my pocket (especially after the renovations). I came across Online coffeeshop and found this gem! Dual boiler! They answered all my questions and helped me make an educated decision. They added a beautiful tamper which make the world of difference (I was only used to the back of a table spoon the level the stove top). I am still learning all but man what a cup I’m making now!
