We’ve replaced the standard steel burrs and upgraded you to the DLC Burrs.
Firstly, it makes no sense to store your expensive coffee beans in the grinder’s hopper – they simply get stale and after even a day in the hopper your grinder setting is out and needs to be adjusted, finer and finer trying to get a good flow and good crema. Then when your hopper is empty you add fresh beans and your extraction chokes because now you’re too fine and have to spend time trying to get your setting perfect again.
Secondly, you’re not tied to one bean. Mix it up a little and use different beans every time, don’t forget that decaf before bedtime if it’s your thing.
Thirdly, no waste (enough said).

We encourage you to find which steps work best for you, but this seems to be the workflow we got into:

This grinder is truly amazing. Never heard of it, it’s not on the web, so I had reservations about buying it. Rolando from Online Coffee Shop assured me that they had used it a while before putting it on sale and that I would be impressed, well I am. It is very well made, solid, quiet, actually all the things they said it would be. I honestly don’t see how it can get better than this. Thanks Rolando.

Loving it. 20 grams in 20 grams out. That’s better than my Niche Zero. Another clever addition is the auto shut-off which gives you enough time to do your thing and then carry on to your extraction. You can also just switch it off when your done. Very well priced and great service from Online Coffee Shop.

Really a great grinder. Good quality build and grinds fluffy and evenly.

I’m drinking WAY TOO MUCH coffee now just because I love grinding with this grinder. Completely different work flow that takes getting used to but my coffee is ALWAYS fresh and PERFECT grind size.
Online Coffee Shop –
This grinder is for sure the way forward. Thanks to everyone that supports us, we are truly humbled by you.

This thing rocks. I see it’s coming out oversees now, it’s called the G-iota coffee grinder there. Plenty of info on it now on the web.

I’ve had this grinder for a few months now and honestly can’t fault it in any way. I love making coffee even more than the coffee itself. I guarantee you within a year no home barista won’t want a single dose grinder.

What an eye opener. Single dosing and storing my coffee in the airscape is with out a doubt the best decision I’ve ever made. If you are not single dosing you are wasting coffee.

really happy with this grinder. my coffee is so much better and consistent. takes a bit of getting used to but I can’t see why anyone would want a grinder with a hopper for home use.

I am a coffee fanatic and ordered a knock box and Joe Frex tamper base and handle from the OnlineCoffeeShop for my home coffee station. The service provided from the Whatsapp to enquire as to which handle I should order to the delivery of my goods were outstanding and the quality of the products are excellent. I now feel like a proper barista. Many thanks to the OnlineCoffeeShop team!
PS: I reached out to the OnlineCoffeeShop after two attempts to order the same goods from another online service provider with no success. Products were of poor quality and did not match the descriptions.
