Being able to control the brew pressure of your espresso is simply next level stuff, added to a machine that already has all the bells and whistles you can think of. With an additional pressure gauge mounted directly to the group you can see the actual brew pressure of your extraction, and not just the pump pressure like other machines.
The notion of having to brew at 9 bar pressure and for fixed brew times is out the window. You can now brew at different pressures and any time you want – the possibilities are literally endless. Experiment with different grind particle size, coffee weights, volumes and pressures – espresso will never be the same again.

After 2 Rockets I can’t believe Lelit is so unknown. You will never get a better package than this. People speak a load of K#k. I’ve been playing around, you can use any grind with this machine you just need to vary the brew pressure.

What an outstanding pair. The Bianca is an incredible machine. As a part-time barista and full-time connoisseur, this is one of the best prosumer machines I’ve ever touched. The profiling is a learning curve — you’re not going to pull perfect shots immediately (you’ll come closer every time though). I think it will take time but off the bat the crema and coffee consistency produced is already miles ahead of anything else. And it looks incredible in the kitchen.
The grinder is amazing with full control on the grind, and very easy to adjust for your filter basket.
Rolando communicates exceptionally, and he will answer any questions you have punctually. Excellent service and two excellent machines. 5 stars!

My first semi automatic machine was a dual boiler PID Expobar. A magnificent machine made of stainless steel from Valencia. Vibratory pump so a little noisy but great shots. Should I upgrade? I researched all the usual suspects and almost by chance came across the Lelit Bianca. How could a machine with so many features cost so much less than any of its competitors? The rest is history. Thanks to Rolando’s professionalism I took delivery a week ago. Italian craftmanship at it’s best. A machine that caters for both the person who hasn’t the time or inclination to experiment and the home barista who (using the pressure profiling paddle) tries to create a craft out of each shot.

After having the machine for almost a year and drinking the best coffee in the world right at home, Rolando has gone above and beyond to ensure that our portafilter handle was replaced after a crack appeared in the handle (natural wood fault – nothing to do with the workmanship). Not only can I highly recommend the machine but the service received as well.

When it came to delivery, I wanted to make sure that the various pieces of wood on the machine matched. Again Rolando obliged and sent pictures to me while the machine was going through pre-delivery inspection.
On receiving the machine I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and while it is a big learning curve for me from my previous machine, I have already managed to get some really great shots out.
The only point I was a bit concerned about was the fact that the steam and hot water knobs seems to be closed very tight. From what I have read in all my research they should never be fully tightened as they are spring loaded and only closed to the point no water comes out as this can damage the mechanism. I am not sure if this is how it came from the factory or if it was tightened by the testers at online coffee when bench testing it. Hoping no damage has been done.
