The world-famous Lelit Anna PID Domestic Espresso Coffee Machine was our first single boiler non HX machine – with PID & pressure gauge obviously.

With the aid of the PID you’ll be amazed to see how easy it is to get exceptional espressos, with absolutely no need for temperature surfing.

The PID is a must have when brewing speciality coffees that require precise brewing temperatures to bring out their unique flavour profiles. Making life even better is the brew pump pressure gauge – this will allow you to know exactly how fine or coarse to set your grinder to get that perfect extraction.

Steam power is good enough to make make fantastic cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites, then there is also hot water to make Americanos and teas.

With super fast warm-up times there’s no waiting around to get your fix. We tested it – from a morning switch-on to brew temp (95′ Celsius) in 1 min 36 seconds, then from brew to steam temp in 1 min 21 seconds. Now that’s a fast coffee!

Also available for the Anna is the precision 57.35mm distribution tool.
