The burrs are the result of research and the implementation of improvements to the previous version of the grinder. They are made of stainless steel reinforced with nitrogen. Their sharp edges and outstanding stabilization allow for smooth and even grinding of beans, while maintaining a very low level of retention.
The grinding adjustment is controlled with a convenient knob located under the burrs. The effects are extremely satisfactory, both during grinding for the alternative methods and for espresso, which makes the device unique compared to other manual grinders. In addition, due to its physical and chemical properties, the burrs are neutral in terms of the effect on the taste of coffee.
