Ordered the bwt filter jug and arrived quickly. The water tasted absolutely great and the whole family loves it. After the first fill I noticed the filter life indicator meter appeared off after initially showing full life with all bars in place. I checked instructions but could see any resolution. I contacted online coffee to notify them of the apparent fault requesting a replace my module. Rolando was extremely quick to respond and stated that they unfortunately had no more stock and if I was unable to get the unit to work he would refund me.
I really appreciate this fantastic customer service and will have every confidence buying my new dual boiler espresso machine from Online coffee in the next few months.
