Please note that where free installation of your machine is not done by ourselves, a certified coffee technician would have to be used in order to honor the warranty on the equipment. t&c apply

Coffee Equipment is committed to providing you with excellent service. We will make every effort to meet the service criteria we have set for ourselves. If the event that we see that there are issues out of our control that will effect for delivery, we will communicated and resolve it immediately

General Terms

We ship all our coffee equipment free of charge to anywhere in South Africa. There are however outlying areas or high risk areas for which our couriers will charge us an additional amount. This additional charge will be passed onto you. We are not mandated and are unable to ship beyond the borders of South Africa.

Shipping Method

We reserve the right to use many shipping carrier that we see fit. We are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer’s personal shipping account.


Insurance is not included in the purchase price of your order. You are encouraged to please include the shipping option at checkout when placing your order. Coffee Equipment will not be liable for any loss or damage to an order once it has been dispatched by us

Tracking Information

We will provide tracking information to your order at the time of shipment or as soon as they are available.

Address Changes

If your order is processing and you need to change the shipment address a fee will apply if we are not able to redirect our couriers in time.

Timing of your Shipment

All orders will only be shipped once your payment has reflected in our bank account. From this time we will endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 7 working days. We will not be responsible for any late deliveries due to fault of our couriers. We will communicated any late deliveries to you.

Damaged Merchandise

Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process if you have insured your order.
